The idea for BVoc originated at IITS in response to a 2016 UGC call to action to promote the idea of learning while working as an alternative to the conventional learn and try for job approach.
It supports the central government's objective of enhancing the standard of human resources as a key component of the new education policy. B. Vocational courses are not easy to complete and produce incompetent graduates from educational factories. Here, the students are not forced to pursue work knowledge and professional experience at the whim of fate. The students begin receiving job training in the industry vertical in which they choose to graduate right after orientation.
